Contact
Getting in touch is simple: email editors@thefrontcourt.com. We can’t respond to everything we get, but we read them all. Cross our hearts.
Contribute
As we continue to get The Frontcourt going, we’re looking for contributors. We particularly need writers, designers, illustrators, and WordPress-knowledgeable programmers. If you want to work with us on a more regular basis, and be a part of the core team, shoot us an email.
Submission Guidelines (copied liberally from The Morning News):
Writers and artists interested in contributing to The Frontcourt can send any questions or submissions or articles to this email address. We’ll very rarely accept anything that’s already been published, including on your own blog.
The best advice we can give to those who want to submit is to read the site, particularly the last few issues.
Writers new to The Frontcourt should submit a draft by pasting it, in its entirety, into an email and sending it to editors@thefrontcourt.com. If you want to pitch a story, feel free, but we take submitted articles much more seriously.
Should we decide to publish your work, you should know:
- Most articles we publish go through several rounds of editing and fact-checking. If you can’t be available to work with us on editing, please don’t submit anything.
- All works submitted to The Frontcourt must be the sole, original property of the contributor(s), and cannot interfere with any other publication or company’s publishing rights.
For now, we can’t pay for your submission, but we promise to love you forever every time you write for us, and that if and when we can pay you’ll be the first to see the fruits.
